The AquaDesign/DVC high security range of WC pans have been designed and tested to be vandal-proof and avoid ligature points wherever possible. The techniques employed to construct these pans are used very successfully in the field of ballistic armour manufacturing, this results in unrivalled impact resistance. A triple weave of glass fiber provides unrivalled strength and when compared to solid surface alternatives the WC01-series less prone to acute failure due to the glass fiber absorbing impact stress over a wider area.

The WC01 is considerably lighter than other solid surface alternatives. This is due to the type of material used and the strength coming from our triple weave of glass fiber requiring less dense solid surface. Our WC’s are a comfortable be lifted by one person lift where other solid surface alternatives require at least two persons to lift. This means that the WC01’s are easier to install and transport.

If there were to be a catastrophic failure event, the triple weave of glass fibre would hold everything together and prevent large, sharp shards of solid surface being created, whereas other solid surface alternatives would not have this benefit.

A high-grade non-porous polyester gel coat surface specially formulated to resist chemicals and ultraviolet rays comes as standard. The marine grade polyester coat that is fire and scratch resistant. Unlike regular solid surface toilets, the WC01 will not need regular refinishing to maintain a glossy appearance.
